Manucore Member Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") together with your order form (whether online or in hard copy) ("Order"), comprise the "Agreement" between you, the Member Delegate, and us, Accucore Limited ("Accucore") governing your attendance at the Event at the Venue on the Date. Where capitalised terms are not defined in these Terms, they have the meaning given to them on the Order.

2. Attendance at Event

Your registration fee includes attendance at seminars, master classes and conference sessions pre-arranged by us together with attendance at networking lunches and dinners (but not including food or drink outside the Event) and attendance at an organised drinks reception. You acknowledge that we have sole control over the Event and the schedule and that the publish schedule of activities may be subject to change.

Please complete the profile questionnaire and return this to us within 14 days of receiving these Terms. This will help you to get the most out of the Event. We will assist you in arranging meetings with other members who are expected to attend. However it is not possible to guarantee that all requests for meetings can be accommodated or that all members will attend.

The Event is available to senior leadership professionals only. You confirm to us that you are appropriately qualified for attendance at the Event and that you are an industry end user as indicated on our website. You agree to conduct yourself in a proper and professional manner at all times and shall adhere to any health & safety, security or other requirement of Accucore (or of the Venue or other person approved by us) in relation to the Event.

We exclusively reserve all rights (including all intellectual property rights) in all content and other materials provided by or on behalf of Accucore at or in relation to Event and you may not use any of the same other than at the Event unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

3. Registration Fees

The registration fees specified on the Order are exclusive of VAT (which shall be payable in addition). All fees shall be payable within 24 hours of receipt of the Order in full without any deduction, counterclaim or set-off by you.

All advertised discount offers require payment within 24 hours of receipt the Order. Advertised discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

The registration fee does not include accommodation, subsistence or travel costs, which are the responsibility of the member.

We reserve the right to withhold any information relating to the Event and/or refuse entry to the Event if the total fees have not been paid in full.

4. Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason and provide a full refund. We also reserve the right to change the Venue or the Date of the Event for reasons outside of our control, in which case the registration fees shall remain due subject to your right to accept an on-line alternative product as set out below. We also reserve the right to cancel the Event upon written notice for reasons outside of our control, in which case we will reimburse you the fees actually paid by you at the date of cancellation. Alternatively we may offer an on-line alternative product, in which case we will offer a proportionate reduction in the registration fees.

If you wish to cancel, for any reason, your attendance at the Event you will forfeit the total amount of any fees paid or payable by you as at the date of cancellation. You may transfer your place at the Event but only to a person who we approve (acting reasonably) and who agrees to be subject to these Terms. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend, we may (in our sole discretion) agree to issue a credit note which you may use as part payment for any future event run by Accucore and which you are eligible to attend. In the event that the fees due at the time of cancellation have not yet been paid by you, such fees shall immediately become due and payable to Accucore.

For VIP Member bookings Accucore reserves the right to charge the full published member fee for non attendance, this cancellation fee will only apply if a suitable replacement member with a similar job title and level of responsibility does not attend.

5. Miscellaneous

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud, or personal injury or death resulting from Accucore's negligence. Accucore excludes all liability for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage including, without limitation, loss of business, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or data resulting from the Event or your attendance at the Event or your use or reliance on any content or materials made available at the Event and in any event the aggregate liability of Accucore in relation to these Terms and the Event shall be limited to a total of the fees payable by you.

These Terms set out the whole agreement between us relating to the Event and you agree that you have not relied upon any statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than as set out in these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in all matters relating to it.

6. Data Protection Act

We take the protection of your data seriously. The personal data you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with us. Data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our Privacy Policy which is available on our website. The personal information provided by your or your Representatives will be held on our database and may be shared internationally with other companies within the same group as us.
